Plain English, Please.

The Sarasota Commission just approved a $120,000 grant for an eight-employee company whose name is being kept confidential. But at least we're not totally clueless. A description was provided: "It is a leading mobile engagement and loyalty network company with a global vision of enabling the mobile social commerce ecosystem."

Huh?

Gotta love a company that has more words in its description than employees. They need to add some crystal-clear juice to their diet.
